Global Citizens Model United Nations

GCMUN is an internationally accredited event and participants get themselves registered from different corners of the world. We typically send a delegation of around twenty middle school students here each year. Held in NYC, this conference will occur at the Sheraton Hotel in Times Square providing students with a chance to discuss global problems in a practical manner. The program provides a chance for the learner to improve on diplomatic skills, communication skills as well as leadership skills when dealing with fellow students of other backgrounds. Students also got an understanding of what actually takes place in real life global diplomacy because the conference also features key-note speakers like the UN officials.

Columbia Model United Nations Conference and Exposition

Another popular tournament championship is CMUNCE held at the Columbia University in New York, featuring talented competitors. This conference is made specifically for more experienced high school delegates. Being highly educational with quite intensive competition level, this conference requires critical thinking and active problem solving in the given international affairs. CMUNCE also has workshops and panels, which gives participants opportunities to hear Columbia faculty and other professionals in the fields of International Relations and Diplomacy. Thus the conference is not only a place for competitive presentation but she has found this as an environment for her personal and academic development as well.
